If spending back-to-back sunny 80-degree days on a verdant golf course picking as many apples as one can eat constitutes a win, then nobody lost at Bradshaw Mountain's Golf Invitational.

But high school golf means counting strokes, so Sunnyslope emerged as overall team winner at the 12-team invite at Prescott Golf and Country Club in Dewey Friday and Saturday.

Sunnyslope also boasted the low-score medalist in Michael Guardiola, who shot 110 over 27 holes.

Bradshaw Mountain's Tyler Inglehart finished in the top 10 with a 2-day total of 122. He turned in an 83 on Saturday.

The Bears' Tanner Spohn shot a 125 (80 on Saturday), and Nate Marty finished with 128 (87).

Two-day totals for Brent Dreibelbis and Michael Bronson were 142 and 172 respectively.

Bradshaw's team total of 517 was good for 8th place.

The Bears teed off in Cottonwood yesterday against Coconino, Page and Mingus Union, after the Tribune's press time.

Bradshaw plays host to Prescott, Mingus and Mohave tomorrow with a 3:30 p.m. tee time.
